Seasonal display that sparks imagination

The LEGO Bird’s Nest kit is designed for builders aged 9 and up, offering a charming miniature scene you can place on a table or shelf. With 232 pieces, it builds a cozy nest perched on a flowering branch and provides space for a mama bird, two chicks, and three eggs. The birds and eggs are removable, and each bird has movable wings to pose in different ways. You can also rearrange the flowers on the nest and branch to reflect the changing seasons, making this a versatile decorative or play piece as spring turns to summer.

What makes this set appealing

  • Seasonal decor you can build, display, and adapt from spring to summer.
  • Customizable arrangement: eggs, flowers, and branch can be moved; birds are removable and wings are movable for varied scenes.
  • Compact yet expressive size: the nest (without birds) measures 2.5 in high, 7 in wide, and 4.5 in deep; the mama bird stands about 1.5 in tall and 4 in from beak to tail.
  • Great gift idea for families who enjoy animals and nature, combining building fun with displayability.

Display and play ideas

  • Place the nest on a shelf or table and swap the flowers to match the season or mood.
  • Pose the mama and chicks with movable wings to create different family scenes, then reposition for a fresh look.
  • Rearrange the branch and eggs to explore storytelling and imagination during calm play sessions.
  • Enjoy a decorative centerpiece that doubles as a hands-on building challenge for kids and families.

Whether you’re choosing a seasonal surprise or a display piece that invites ongoing storytelling, this LEGO set offers engaging assembly and flexible display options without promising a single fixed outcome. It’s a thoughtful way to celebrate nature-inspired play while keeping options open for future arrangements.
