Refund policy

Overview

ToyTerrax Toys and Games sells toys, games and party supplies to customers in the United States. If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns

  • Items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all pieces, parts and accessories included, can be returned for a full refund for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind.
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete (missing parts) or different from what you ordered are always eligible within the 30-day window, even if they have been opened.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free on every eligible return. We email you a prepaid return label, whether the reason is a problem on our side or simply that the item was not right for you. There is no restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email toyterrax@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. For a damaged or defective item, please include a photo.
  2. We reply with your prepaid return label and packing instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.
  4. Once we receive your return, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Eligible returns receive a full refund of the item price, issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping on U.S. orders is free, so nothing is deducted for shipping. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts or is not the item you ordered, email toyterrax@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, and we send a prepaid label for the return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If you would like us to arrange an exchange for the same product in a different size, color or variation, email us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
