Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless otherwise specified below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.
• In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If the return is due to our error, such as:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is processed promptly.

Damages

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged:

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, color, or variation, please contact us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you received the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at toyterrax@gmail.com within the cooling-off period and follow the return instructions. Please note that the goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
