At ToyTerrax Toys and Games, we strive to process all orders within 1 business day. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Standard shipping is available to all addresses within the United States and typically takes 1–2 business days for delivery after processing. Please be aware that remote or long-distance delivery locations may experience slight delays beyond the estimated timeframe.

Additionally, please note that carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume periods, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact shipping times.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. Shipping rates for express options are calculated automatically based on your destination. Regardless of shipping choice, free standard shipping always applies on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This enables you to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

International Shipping

Currently, ToyTerrax Toys and Games ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
