Overview

INJORA 4-piece silicone foam inserts are designed for RC tires with a 146-149 mm inner range and a 5.75 to 5.88 inch outer diameter, ideal for 2.2 inch tires. The set is offered in two hardness levels: blue for a medium stiffness and green for a softer touch.

Why these inserts stand out

Built from silicone rubber, the inserts provide stronger sidewall support to help tires maintain their shape during demanding moves. This can translate to steadier handling and a more composed response when navigating uneven surfaces or executing quick turns.

  • Soft and medium hardness options for different feel and grip
  • Enhanced sidewall support helps tires hold their shape under load
  • Potential improvements in traction and grip under challenging conditions
  • Silicone rubber construction is waterproof and resistant to temperature changes
  • Heavy weight per piece (172 g blue, 164 g green) provides a counterweight effect for stability

Real-world use and setup

These inserts are well suited for RC rigs running 146-149 mm tires. They stay in place during aggressive driving, helping you maintain control on rough terrain or during fast maneuvers. The blue variant indicates a medium stiffness, while the green variant offers a softer feel for alternative tuning.

  • Simple replacement that fits standard foam concepts
  • Durable silicone stands up to water exposure and temperature shifts
  • Weight contributes to balance on the wheel assembly
